Nine once again has the Oscars again hosted by Ellen DeGeneres.
Nine will start the day with a special edition of Today with Lisa Wilkinson co-hosting live from the red carpet. She will be joined by Australia’s leading entertainment reporter,Richard Wilkins, to bring viewers all the latest news on who is nominated, who’s favourite to win and which Aussie contenders are tipped to make us proud. They will be joined by special guests on the red carpet including Richard Reid, who will be on hand with up-to-the-minute celebrity gossip. Throughout the morning Wilkins will file LIVE updates on Mornings and Nine News leading into a special edition of Extra presented by Mario Lopez and Maria Menounos.
The Oscars will screen live around the country at 12.30pm AEDT. With a primetime encore scheduled after Love Child.
