Paul just can’t escape his past as one of his many ex-wives pays Erinsborough a visit.
Viewers were surprised last night when Paul’s (Stefan Dennis) second wife Gail (Fiona Corke) turned up for a surprise visit in the middle of her granddaughter Harlow (Jemma Donovan) and Roxy’s (Zima Anderson) food fight.
When we pick up this evening, Paul and Terese (Rebekah Elmaloglou) reel after finding that Harlow had initiated the food fight between herself and Roxy, and Harlow’s mortified by her own actions, especially being caught out by her long-lost grandmother – definitely not the family reunion any of them expected!
Gail claims that she’s in town to get to know Harlow and Paul is pleased she’s making a connection with their granddaughter. But, not one to tread lightly, Gail’s actions may have a different motive, but you’ll have to discover that for yourself.
After having previewed the remainder of this week, it is great to see Gail back in Erinsborough after a 12-year absence. Old and new fans alike with enjoy seeing her reunited with Paul, especially with soon-to-be wife number six Terese also in the mix. It’s a great dynamic, so here’s hoping Gail isn’t going anywhere anytime soon
