Upload Season 2 Review

Upload Season 2 Review

Tomorrow, Prime Video delivers the brand new season of Upload.

When we last saw all our favourites at the end of season one, Nathan (Robbie Amell) had split with Ingrid (Allegra Edwards) and had downgraded to a 2 gigabyte a month limit to forge his own path and stop using Ingrid’s money.

Meanwhile, Nathan’s technical support angel Nora (Andy Allo) escaped an attempt on her life by a hitman. She also admitted to a frozen Nathan that she loved him, unaware that he had downgraded. In the closing moments, Ingrid appeared and announced she had uploaded to Lakeview to be with Nathan.

When we return for season two, Nathan is at a crossroad in his afterlife – his ex-girlfriend Ingrid has unexpectedly arrived to Lakeview hoping to kindle and strengthen their relationship, but his heart still secretly yearns for his angel Nora.

While Nathan deals with his personal crisis, Nora is off the grid and involved with the anti-tech rebel group ‘The Ludds’, where she meets the charming Matteo (Paulo Coztanzo). Meanwhile Nora’s co-worker Aleesha (Zainab Johnson) gets a new workmate in the form of Tinsley (Mackenzie Cardwell).

I know I’m being incredibly cryptic to avoid spoiling plot points, but trust me when I say you’re going to want to tune in and watch everything unfold for yourself. Luke (Kevin Bigely) also has some really interesting stuff ahead.

The second season of Upload, created by Greg Daniels, expands on its stellar first season with some fresh faces and dynamic performances from the entire cast.
