Today Show March 7-12

Next week Today goes on another We Love Australia Tour.

Karl Stefanovic, Lisa Wilkinson and Richard Wilkins will be heading off to discover more magical parts of regional New South Wales, the pristine beaches of Queensland’s Sunshine Coast, as well as checking in with the people of Lorne in Victoria to see how they’re recovering from the recent devastating bushfires.

Ross Greenwood will stop in at Silverton, near Broken Hill, at the start of the week to make sure the team aren’t spending too much and Tim Gilbert will drop by to see the gang at picturesque Henley Beach, the seaside suburb of Adelaide. Stevie Jacobs will also be criss-crossing the country for special weather reports – reporting LIVE every day from a new location, including the gorgeous Yarra Valley in Victoria and Freycinet in Tasmania.

Then, on Friday, March 11, the team reunite with Sylvia Jeffreys at Sydney’s Circular Quay at The Rocks to celebrate another massive WE LOVE AUSTRALIA trip.

The always fun, five-day travel adventure will feature stories of vibrant local people and businesses, as well as surprise entertainment and famous faces joining the team along the way – including special performances by Aussie music legends, Ian Moss and Missy Higgins. The always popular Dickie’s Double Dip will also be making a return.

TODAY co-host Lisa Wilkinson said: “Since our last trip, we’ve been inundated with suggestions from viewers on even more new and amazing locations to travel to, so we can’t wait to get on the road and start exploring.”

Co-host Karl Stefanovic said: “I won’t lie – we have the best time when we’re away on our We Love Australiatrips. Every single one of the towns we’ve visited has made us feel so welcome – not to mention that the food and beer are always way better. As are Dickie’s dance moves at the local pubs. I never get sick of Dicky dancing.”
