The Project To Air Prince Harry: The Exclusive US Interview First On Australian TV

In an Australian first, must-see TV event, audiences can watch Prince Harry: The Exclusive US Interview during a special edition of The Project on Monday.

As a member of the global media giant Paramount, Network 10 has the Australian rights to Prince Harry: The Exclusive US Interview, the Prince’s first interview discussing his memoir Spare with award-winning journalist Anderson Cooper.

In the first interview to air on Australian TV, the Duke of Sussex talks candidly about his bombshell biography that is re-igniting tensions with the Royal Family.

In a raw and emotional interview, Prince Harry talks about his departure from the UK and the Royal Family saying Buckingham Palace failed to protect him and his wife Meghan Markle from the intense tabloid attacks and vitriol.

Harry outlines his belief that his private conversations with other Royal Family members were leaked to the press and how his pleas for help were met with silence by palace officials.

“There comes a point,” Harry tells Cooper, “where silence is betrayal.”

The memoir title, Spare, comes from the phrase “heir and spare,” which is understood to reflect Harry’s feelings towards his brother Prince William, first in line for King Charles’s throne.

Watch Prince Harry: The Exclusive US Interview during a special edition of The Project and join the conversation on Monday, January 9, at 6.30pm on 10 and 10 Play
