Chris teams up with local guide Dean to take a spectacular hike up Mt Gower for a wild life encounter with real wow factor.
HEALTH HOUSE CALL: QUITTING SMOKING
Dr Andrew Rochford helps smoker, Nick, end his un-healthy addiction. Nick tried his first cigarette at 12 and became a committed smoker at just 16 years of age. A keen gym junky, he wants to kick this habit and concentrate on his fitness. A trip to the Respiratory Function Laboratory brings Nick face to face with his lung damage, but Dr Andrew has a plan to help Nick quit for good.

Our favourite culinary creator, Miguel, shares a little more of his foodie magic as talks to the animals. In South Gippsland, Victoria, Miguel catches up with free-range chicken farmer Phil, who shares his passion for his feathered friends. The property market has taken a turn for the worse, but it hasn’t stopped first time property flipper, Trish, from following her dream of renovating for profit. She’s starting her empire with a three-bedroom brick home in Sydney’s West. With its dated 70’s decor and busy road location, she’ll need the help of renovation expert Cherie Barber. Adding to the pressure, Trish’s husband has recently had a serious health scare and Trish needs to start bringing home the bacon, so that he can slow down. With just $30,000 and 10 days to renovate the whole house, inside and out, can Trish turn a profit?
