It’s one of the seven natural wonders of the world and the only living thing visible from space. Chris Brown travels to the Great Barrier Reef and discovers how truly spectacular it is. He firstly gets a bird’s eye view of the reef by jumping out of a plane 14,000 feet above the ocean, and then gets a truly unique experience of the ocean floor by diving right down to 14 feet below.

South African cuisine is all about meat, meat and even more meat, and so of course tonight Miguel sets himself a vegetarian challenge. He discovers an area called the Bo Kaap, part of Cape Town with a flavour of its own. Local cook Zainie Misbach, shows Miguel around this beautiful area that has been home to the Cape Malay people for centuries. At the spice market they find everything they need for Miguel’s mouth-watering vegetarian curry.
