The Living Room welcomes chef royalty this week as Miguel meets up with famed English chef, restaurateur, cookbook author and television presenter Rick Stein. We witness one of Miguel’s dreams come true as he cooks alongside one of his food heroes. Together they share their tips for buying fresh fish, and Rick whips up an easy snapper curry that will tantalize the taste buds.

Fraser Island is one of Queensland’s most spectacular island getaways known for its pristine lakes, sandy beaches and spectacular rain forests. But this week it’s the destination for a photo face-off between our own amateur photography buff, Chris Brown and Fraser’s resident pro wildlife photographer Peter Meyer. Who will claim the fame for best selfie, artistic shot, wildlife snap and innovative landscape?

Dr Andrew Rochford is on a quest to change people’s exercise habits. He’ll explore the latest fitness fads to try to find the workout that fits him best. Will Dr Dimples don a pair of tights and take to the ballet inspired group fitness craze Xtend Barre? Or is it suspended yoga that gets his juices flowing?

While shopping at Bunning’s this week, un-suspecting couple Kyle and Emily get more than what they bargained for. Builder extraordinaire Barry Du Bois is up for grabs and this lucky couple get to take him home. First time homeowners and newfound DIY’ers Kyle and Emily are determined to do as much of their home maintenance as they can. With a little help from Baz and his right hand man Dylan, it’s not long before our DIY converts divide and conquer to become masters of the trade.
