The Footy Show September 11

Tomorrow night The Footy  Show reaches a milestone and a party is on the agenda.

The NRL Footy Show will officially turn 21 tomorrow night, after the first show premiered in Finals Week back in 1994.  Parramatta superstar Jarryd Hayne will join Fatty, Slats, Erin, Beau, Brett Finch and The Big Marn on the panel to celebrate the big occasion.

As part of the special 21st birthday celebrations, Today Show co-host Karl Stefanovic will check in with the Roosters’ longest serving player, Anthony Minichiello, about what retirement at the end of his 15th season in first grade rugby league will mean to him and his family.

Beau jumps “The Ditch” and heads to Auckland for a local karva drinking ritual with Warriors legend Manu “The Beast” Vatuvei. We will also see whether Beau Knows Bungee as he attempts a bungee jump high enough to completely freak him out.

Darryl “The Big Marn” Brohman returns with Small Talk, Erin Molan delivers another hilarious edition of the Molan Files, and more NRL big guns line up for Player Probe, as well as sharing their favourite Footy Show moments over the past 21 years.

Beau and Eric Grothe Jr then catch up with Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles stars Will Arnett and Megan Fox – dressed as turtles.

Get your party hats ready as the team at The NRL Footy Show celebrate their 21stbirthday tomorrow night on Channel Nine from 9.40pm.
