The Good Doctor, God Friended Me and Chicago Fire will begin their new seasons on Wednesday nights.
The Good Doctor picks up from season 3 which began in the US three weeks ago.
“Disaster”
Following what he believes was a disastrous first date with Carly, Dr. Shaun Murphy proposes a radical surgery to save a newlywed woman’s life. Meanwhile, after the new chief of surgery, Dr. Audrey Lim, announces that the residents can lead surgeries, Dr. Morgan Reznick and Dr. Alex Park compete for the chance to operate on an elderly patient who has been diagnosed with cancer.
8:30pm Wednesday October 23 on Seven.
God Friended Me will follow with its 2nd season. The series will also be three weeks behind the US.
“Joy”
Miles tries to help the God Account’s new friend, Joy (Jessica Lu), figure out what the account wants from her after she receives her first friend suggestion since getting Miles’ name – a soldier on leave in New York. Also, Simon (Adam Goldberg) helps Cara reconnect with an important person from her past while she’s in Paris; Rakesh settles into his new role as head of Research & Development at IdentitySeal; and Trish is concerned when Arthur is reluctant to buy a new home with his fiancée and sell the house where he raised his family.

“A Closer Eye”
