Seven has announced a new drama for next year called Wanted.
Wanted tells the story of tells the story of two strangers who, after intervening in a deadly car-jacking, are swept up in a rollercoaster chase across Australia. It features an all star cast including Gold Logie-winner Rebecca Gibney (Peter Allen: Not The Boy Next Door, Winter, Packed to the Rafters) who will be joined by multiple Silver Logie-winner Stephen Peacocke in his first Australian production since he left Home and Away, Heath Ledger Scholarship winner Ryan Corr (Holding The Man, Love Child, Packed To The Rafters), theatre, film and tv veteran Nicholas Bell (Miss Fisher’s Murder Mysteries, Tangle) and theatre star Geraldine Hakewill in her first major television role.
Creator Rebecca Gibney said: “I am beyond excited about the extraordinary team of people we have assembled for Wanted and to be filming in the beautiful state of Queensland is a dream come true.”

Production on Wanted begins this week in Brisbane.
