Hold onto your emotions Neighbours fans because things are about to get intense
Since she arrived in mid-January, Freya (Phoebe Roberts) has been searching for her “cousin” (but actually ex-boyfriend) Gareth (Jack Pearson), and just last week Ned (Ben Hall) and Harlow (Jemma Donovan) came face-to-face with him. Gareth informs them that he’s actually on the run from Freya, not corrupt cops, and that she’s a stalker.
After Ned and Harlow passed this information onto Levi (Richie Morris), he eventually had a tense confrontation with Freya, revealing all he knew. However, Freya denied being a stalker and stormed off.
In a tense cliffhanger, Levi was confronted by an armed Gareth and their altercation led to Levi being rendered unconscious.
But this is just the beginning of the terror at River Bend… After hearing gunshots the group, consisting of Glen (Richard Huggett), Nicolette (Charlotte Chimes), Aaron (Matt Wilson), and newbie Kiri (Gemma Bird Matheson), search frantically for Levi and Freya, who has now also come face-to-face with Gareth. Freya has no idea about what’s happened to Levi, but she’s edging closer to his lifeless body.
Who will survive this holiday from hell? And will we finally learn the truth about Freya and Gareth?
Written by Emma J Steele, this episode has everything crammed into tension-filled episode with some amazing performances from everyone involved. The repercussions will be felt for weeks to come, so strap yourselves in.
