The second season of Network Ten’s innovative food series Recipe To Riches returns next week.
Each week Recipes To Riches gives three contestants the opportunity to turn their home recipes into the next big seller in Woolworths supermarkets nationally.
Competing for the chance to win $100,000 plus a partnership with Woolworths, the contestants must each ensure their product can successfully make the transition from dining table to mass production.
To help them on their food journey, Recipe To Riches has recruited an expert team: talented chef Darren Robertson, Carman’s Fine Foods founder Carolyn Creswell, Woolworths’ Jess Gill and newest team member, acclaimed marketing expert Russel Howcroft.
Russel Howcroft said: “Recipe To Riches is a terrific show because it gives ordinary Australians the extraordinary opportunity to create a supermarket brand that all of Australia can try. It’s television you can taste the next day.”
Russel, Carolyn, Jess and Darren will help the home cooks take their product through its paces: from the Batch Up Kitchen to the Brand Workshop, before finally hitting the streets for a tailor made product launch. The series culminates in a Grand Final where there can only be one winner.
