It’s one bombshell to the next in Erinsborough as Neighbours delivers another shock twist.
In today’s episode of Neighbours Reece (Mischa Barton) was determined to find Eden (Costa D’Angelo), with a little help from Holly (Lucinda Armstrong Hall), Haz (Shiv Palekar), Mackenzie (Georgie Stone) and Byron (Xavier Molyneux). Using Holly’s intel and knowledge of Eden, they decide to hit-up some deceased estates in the hope that Eden will be squatting at one of them.
Working through the list, trio Reece, Byron and Mackenzie have no luck with their houses. But they spot Eden’s van at the last house on Holly and Haz’s list. Holly jumps into action to confront her ex while Haz calls the police.
The duo weren’t letting Eden get away this time, and it wasn’t long before Andrew Rodwell (Lloyd Will) arrived with back-up and Eden’s time on the run was finally over. But that’s not where the episode ended.
Seeing Krista’s (Majella Davis) favourite cardigan in the back of the van, Holly ran into the house, discovering Krista, alive, in the basement, although clearly being held hostage.
When we pick up tomorrow, it poses one pretty huge question – what happens to Melanie (Lucinda Cowden) now? And what does this mean for Reece and her time in Australia?
Meanwhile, Toadie (Ryan Moloney) grapples with his stance on Melanie and Nell’s differing opinion. Susan (Jackie Woodburne) advises him to think about what’s best for his daughter.
Penned by Megan Palinkas, the episode continues to move Neighbours forward while allowing adequate time for the story to reverberate around the street. With strong performances from Lucinda Armstrong Hall and Majella Davis Neighbours is continuing to go from strength to strength.
Neighbours airs Monday-Thurday at 4:00pm on 10, with the episode repeated at 6:30pm on 10Peach.
