It’s the cliffhanger that left Paul, and viewers, reeling.
When we left Erinsborough, Mayor Helen Brown (Emma Choy) and Jonah Jackson (Aaron James Campbell) were being escorted through the complex as police arrived to investigate Elle’s (Elise Jansen) story that uncovered a scandal.
Helen warns Elle’s father Paul (Stefan Dennis) that she should have left the situation alone because now there’ll be hell to pay for everyone.
With the council and project in tatters, an urgent council meeting takes place to clear up the mess. And surprise attendees at the meeting are Annalise Hartman (Kimberley Davies) and Sam Kratz (Richard Grieve). Will this be a productive meeting, or is the Erinsborough landscape set to change forever?
Elsewhere, Elle and Felix (James Beaufort) finally look to have kickstarted a new relationship, much to Paul’s chagrin. And Isla (Hana Abe-Tucker), Jane (Annie Jones) and Clint (Jason Wilder) try to breakthrough to Nicolette (Hannah Monson) after her admitting that she doesn’t think she can raise a child alone.
And with Terese (Rebekah Elmaloglou) looking at rings, are we about to get once final Ramsay Street wedding before the finale?
Sarah Mayberry gets to deliver a classic Neighbours episode filed with heart and a dash of unmissable drama thanks to the return of some classic Erinsborough residents.
Neighbours airs Monday-Thursday at 4 pm on 10, with episodes repeated at 6:30pm on 10Comedy.
