Dean Wells and partner Alexandra Vladimirov performed their last dance and became the first couple to leave Dancing With The Stars.
Despite his enthusiasm, passion and newfound love for dance, Dean’s tango wasn’t enough to keep him in the competition.
On leaving the show Dean said: “I had the best time ever, I can’t complain, to meet all of these people. I’ve had so much fun and I’m just so happy to be involved.”
Donning vibrant costumes, the 10 celebrities cha-chaed and tangoed their way across the dance floor in a vision of tassels, lycra and sequins giving the performance of their lives.
Celia Pacquola foxtrotted her way to the top of the leader board scoring 25 points wowing the judges with Sharna Burgess proclaiming, “They saved the best ’til last!”
Performing the Charleston, Chloe Lattanzi floored the judges with a score of 23 with Craig Revel Horwood commenting: “Three words darling. Fab-u-lous.”
An emotional Ed Kavalee performed the Viennese Waltz and only just managed to score double figures with a score of 10, seeing him in the bottom two and being saved by the judges. Tristan MacManus said: “It looks like you’re doing the right things, you’re just not doing them at the right time.”
With Dean no longer in the competition, nine celebrities are left to shimmy their way to dancing glory when they dance to a song that celebrates their most memorable year next week on 10’s Dancing With The Stars.
