Anne and Jennifer exit My Kitchen Rules in scoring controversy

My Kitchen Rules had an elimination last night that didn’t see one  team play fair.

Anne and Jennifer faced Mick and Jodie-Anne in the MKR restaurant. All remaining teams except for Stacy and Ash joined Pete and. Manu at the table for judging.

Anne and Jennifer served up a  Menu that consisted of  Entrée: Salt & Pepper Calamari with Aioli Main: Meatloaf with Tomato Relish, Eggplant and Roasted Cauliflower Dessert: Lava Cake with Raspberry Sorbet.\

Mick and Jodie-Anne three course meal consisted of Entrée: Crumbed Lamb Cutlets with Plum & Pepperberry Dipping Sauce Main: Beef Eye Fillet with Sriracha Butter and Ginger Miso Broccolini and Dessert: Blue Cheese Ice Cream with Drunken Muscatels

After all the dishes were tasted it was time for the scoring Ibby & Romel had a scoring advantage that saw them each have 10 points to give but this happened.

 

In the end, Mick and Jodie-Anne ended up with a grand total of 125 which saw them topple Anne and Jenifeer who scored 114.

On their departue Anne: “I’m super proud of us. It’s been the best thing I’ve ever done in my life. We had an amazing time and we met amazing people; they’ve become part of our family.”

Jennifer: “I want to leave with dignity, I want to leave with my head held high and with grace, and accept this is the way the cookie crumbled. I’ve just got to tell this one how much she means to me and how proud I am of her to get through as far as we did.”
