Football season is finally back and Seven once again has the best coverage around.
Thursday Night Football is back tonight with a highly anticipated clash between traditional rivals Carlton and Richmond in front of a bumper 80,000 plus crowd at the MCG. We speak with midfield powerhouse Dustin Martin about his off-season, after he recently put pen to paper and committed to the Tigers. And we catch up live with Carlton ruckman Matthew Kreuzer at half time to hear all the latest on his progress.
Saturday Night Footy comes from the Gabba as former Magpie-turned-Lion Dayne Beams faces off against his old club Collingwood who have been under siege this week. The award winning Discovered catches up with Dayne and Clay Beams to talk about the move and their family. Magpie power forward Travis Cloke also talks to us about the season ahead and we cross live to Magpie coach Nathan Buckley in the rooms pre-match In 2015 Saturday Night Footy is players’ night as we gain the inside word from the superstars of the game. This week Matthew Pavlich joins us for a special Gimme Something. The Kangaroos head to the cauldron of Adelaide Oval to battle the Crows. Kangaroo Sam Gibson talks to us about his pathway to AFL football via the VFL.
Easter Monday is a bumper day of sport on Seven with the Stawell Gift leading into the MCG blockbuster Hawthorn versus Geelong. We catch up with Geelong big man Mitch Clark to talk about his move to the Cattery.
