The clock is officially ticking again on 24.
Kiefer Sutherland has signed on for more 24 with FOX.
The action drama will return as a limited series produced by its former showrunner, Howard Gordon (Homeland).
The return will tell a 24-hour story over 12 episodes which jump hours in May 2014.
“24 compressed over 12 weeks, Jack is back,” FOX entertainment chairman Kevin Reilly told reporters during a conference call ahead of the network’s Upfront presentation.
The news follows repeated promises about a 24 movie in the pipeline.
