Eleven finally stars screening new shows on Monday nights.
Supernatural series The Witches of East End will finally get a free to air run in August .
Set in the fictional seaside town of East End, it follows the lives of a family of witches – Joanna Beauchamp (Julia Ormond) and her two grown-up daughters, Freya Beauchamp (Jenna Dewan Tatum) and Ingrid Beauchamp (Rachel Boston), as well as her sister Wendy Beauchamp (Mädchen Amick). The show has already been given a second series in the US. This season will consist of just 10 episodes.
Joanna Beauchamp and her grown daughters, Freya and Ingrid, live an idyllic small town life in East Haven. Freya becomes engaged to wealthy playboy Dash Gardiner, but finds herself inexplicably drawn to Dash’s troubled, enigmatic brother Killian. Bizarre occurrences begin to manifest in her life.
When Joanna receives an ominous warning that could change her family’s fate forever, she is forced her to reveal to her daughters that they are immortal witches who possess great, untapped powers.
With their lives now turned upside down, and a formidable and ancient enemy intent on ending the Beauchamp family line, will Freya and Ingrid be able to accept their true potential before it is too late?
8:30 PM Monday August 4 on Eleven.
Torchwood will follow at 9:30 PM with it’s fourth and final season with Dexter moving to 10:30 PM.
