The TV Week are on Sunday and there’s a star studded show planned which will be broadcast on Nine.
The glitz and glamour begins with the red carpet show at 7.00pm as Shelley Craft and Jules Lund welcome a bevy of stars, including exciting international guests, as they make their grand entrance to Melbourne’s Crown Entertainment Complex.
Then LIVE at 7.30pm the awards ceremony begins with a jam-packed show that will be bigger and better than ever, celebrating the very best programs on television in 2014.
As well as appearances from entertainment favourites such as Hamish and Andy, Dave Hughes and Julia Morris, the show will feature blockbuster music performances.
Latin superstar and The Voice Australia Coach, Ricky Martin, will take a break from his national tour to treat viewers with the Australian premiere of his electric new single, Mr Put It Down.
Global pop phenomenon Meghan Trainor will perform a medley of her chart-topping hits. The Script will take to the stage replacing Sam Smith who was forced to pull out after illness.
A who’s who of the Aussie small screen will take to the stage in Crown’s Palladium Ballroom to present the TV Week Logie Awards. Presenters include Sonia Kruger, Richard Roxburgh, Waleed Aly, Lachy Hulme, Shane Jacobson, Jonathan LaPaglia, Dan Wyllie, Gracie Gilbert, Mick Molloy, Sylvia Jeffreys and more.
The ceremony will also include the induction of Home & Away into the TV Week Hall of Fame, a special tribute to the great Richie Benaud, and the crowning of Australia’s most popular television personality with the coveted TV Week Gold Logie Award.
