Foxtel today released the official trailer and key art of gripping new FOXTEL Original event series THE TWELVE, starring internationally acclaimed actor Sam Neill (Jurassic World: Dominion, Thor: Love and Thunder, Palm Beach) and one of the biggest all-star ensemble casts of any drama in the country ahead of its world premiere
THE TWELVE is a gripping courtroom drama that tells the story of 12 ordinary Australians who are selected for jury duty in a murder trial as traumatising as it is controversial, in which a woman stands accused of killing her teenage niece.
The powerful, two-minute trailer offers a deeper look into the complex lives of the jurors that are examined over the ten-episode limited series, including stories of abuse, racism, addiction, and trauma – and how the pressures of determining the fate of the accused impact their own lives.
THE TWELVE premieres on Tuesday, June 21 at 8.30pm AEST. Available to watch On Demand on FOXTEL and on FOX Showcase.
