The Project November 28 – December 2

This week Iva Davies, Dannii Minogue, Michael Fassbender and Tim Minchin all appear on The Project.

It is hard to believe it’s been almost 40 years since Iva Davies and his band Flowers first played live. After changing their name to Icehouse and breaking onto the international stage in 1981, Iva and the band never looked back releasing a catalogue of hit songs including the iconic Great Southern Land. Iva joins us in the studio on Monday night to talk about his incredible career and his upcoming national 40 Years Live tour.

The effervescent Dannii Minogue first appeared on our television screens at the tender age of seven and almost 40 years later, Dannii is still going strong. Dannii drops by the studio on Monday to tell us about her latest role as ambassador for the 2017 TV Week Logie Awards and what it means to her.

Assassin’s Creed is an upcoming action adventure film based on the hugely popular video game franchise. We speak to the stars of the film, Michael Fassbender and Marion Cotillard, ahead of the film’s Australian release in January.

The multi-award winning Matilda The Musical has been one of the most successful stage musicals of the past decade. With the show touring the country, we speak to its creator Tim Minchin as the show lands in Brisbane for a limited season.

We wrap up the week with Sammy J and Randy who joins us in the studio to talk about their stage show, Sammy J And Randy Land, touring nationally in December.

Plus Hamish Macdonald, Steve Price, Fifi Box, Gretel Killeen, Dr. Chris Brown, Tom Ballard, Anthony “Lehmo” Lehmann, Gorgi Coghlan and Meshel Laurie join us at the desk.

The Project airs 6:30pm Weeknights on Ten.
