It’s four days to the first room reveal of this year’s The Block in Daylesford – a bathroom.
The usual water proof dramas encircle The Block, as Foreman Dan and GMAC from Block builders Nine In Six do a number of inspections.
Han believes she has one and a half water proofing coats and wants to get the tick off, and asks to start doing it herself as she waits for her waterproofer to arrive.
Despite Dan telling her not to do it on her own as she isn’t a licensed waterproofer, Han seemingly doesn’t listen and does exactly that – attempts to waterproof on her own.
It leads to a confrontation and Dan saying he is incredibly disappointed at Han and she has broken his trust, so early on in the game.
Han is devastated and claims she has so much on her mind and she just didn’t listen, and promises to not do it again.
Britt and Taz are already thinking ahead and end up locking in Block regular Troy Lovitt as their landscaper.
It comes as Taz goes to Melbourne to secure an amazing lemon tree and fruit orchid for just $600.
Robby and Mat are ahead of the game when it comes to waterproofing and head to Daylesford and then Kyenton for a shopping expedition.
In the afternoon Shelley Craft arrives in her MG and meets all the contestants as she is shown around The Block by Scott Cam.
They have a lovely dinner at the Farmer’s Arms opposite The Block and everyone is delighted they are one happy family – for now.
