With broken toenails and knee injuries, Hayley throws a curve ball at the weigh-in, announcing that only one person’s weight from each team will count towards their total. With family teams restored, everyone heads into the first training session of the week… before The Fridge throws a curve ball. Inside The Fridge, the winners find a note that says “Choose five contestants to go home”. Jaws drop as the contestants try to come to terms with the thought that five of them are leaving.

Relationships are tested tonight as a contestant confides to Michelle that their loved one isn’t pulling their weight and they’re sick of it.
