May the time every TV fan dreads as networks in the US decide to renew or cancel our favourite shows and the news came in truckloads yesterday.
In bad news Hart of Dixie (Foxtel) will wrap after four seasons. joining the list of cancelled yesterday were The Messengers (Foxtel), ,Forever (Nine)and Cristela (Foxtel) which all wrap after just one season. Resurrection (Seven) came as no surprise ending after two seasons.The Following (Nine) will end after season 3, State of Affairs (Seven) which starred Katherine Heigl has also ended after only one season. In bad news for Nine Stalker has also been cut.
To counter all the bad news there was also good news for the networks with the following shows back for more. Bones which airs on Seven has picked up an 11th Season. Fan favourites Castle and Once Upon a Time will be back for an 8th and 5th season respectively.
Fans will also get a third season of Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., a 12th season of Grey’s Anatomy, a fifth season of Scandal a third season of The Goldbergs and a second season of How to Get Away With Murder all of which air on Seven , a seventh season of Modern Family is on the way for Ten and a seventh season of The Middle which airs on Go!.
