Selling Houses Australia returns in March

Australia’s favourite real estate makeover show, Foxtel Original series Selling Houses Australia returns for its 18th season with award-winning host and real estate guru Andrew Winter, interior design expert Wendy Moore and landscape designer Dennis Scott.

This year, host Andrew Winter, and designers Wendy Moore and Dennis Scott meet families weighed down by rising costs, crushed by bad timing, and overwhelmed by houses that no one wants to buy.

From seaside shacks and suburban family homes to overgrown acreages and modern builds gone wrong, every property is stuck for a different reason and every story carries higher stakes than ever before. There are unfinished dreams that never made it past the blueprint, homes bursting at the seams, dated designs, and sprawling spaces that buyers see as too much to handle. Some are tangled in red tape, others in clutter, but all are united by sellers who desperately need a lifeline.

For Andrew, Wendy and Dennis it is not just about renovation, it is about restoring hope. With tight budgets, clever design and plenty of grit, they will fight to turn unsellable properties into genuine second chances.

Season 18 also marks the 200th episode of Selling Houses Australia, where the team take on the extraordinary task of helping a young Australian family who face a heartbreaking decision. The stakes are monumental, and the incredible transformation is a reminder of why the show has resonated with audiences for nearly two decades.

SELLING HOUSES AUSTRALIA is a 10 x 1-hour Foxtel Original series produced by Warner Bros. International Television Production Australia exclusively for the Foxtel Group. Format devised by Ricochet and based upon a program originally produced by Ricochet for Channel 4. Format licensed by Warner Bros. International Television Production Limited.
