We promised you a season full of shocks, twists, and delightful surprises that will keep our housemates guessing, and Big Brother has already delivered. That’s why their suitcases look so heavy… they’re full of secrets!
From outside connections to an undercover brother, anything could happen this season… and anything WILL! But only one can be crowned our winner and take home the cash prize of $100,000!
Tonight, host Mel Tracina rolled out the red carpet for 14 new housemates, ushering them into our brand-new house in Bris-Vegas.
But relocating can be stressful and, unfortunately, a few things were delayed in the move including everyone’s beds, the diary room chair, and the running water! Needless to say, the housemates were floored. No, really, they’re sleeping on the floor!
Meet the housemates for Big Brother 2026:
Anita, 47, TAS
Travel advisor Anita is full of surprises. When she’s not skateboarding, solo travelling or taking a mannequin on a road trip around Aus, she’s spending time with her fam… like her sister, two-time Big Brother winner Reggie Bird!
Austin, 22, QLD
This 22-year-old chippy is keeping the family business thriving. Working every day alongside his dad and brother, Austin’s bringing that classic young tradie energy into the house.
Charity, 29, NSW
Growing up as one of 13 siblings, living in the Big Brother house will be a breeze for Charity! Her life can be summed up with the three F’s: family, faith, and FUN!
Ebony, 23, VIC
A self-made entrepreneur, Ebony is a boss in every sense and she’s not afraid to tell you about it! She knows her strong opinions may rub people the wrong way… and that’s their problem.
Harmon, 29, QLD
A jack of all trades, Harmon has done it all, from mining crypto to podcasting, the IT salesman is also a professional pot-stirrer. Growing up in a strict immigrant household, this cheeky troublemaker is ready to cause some chaos!
Heath, 23, QLD
Heath may seem like a golden retriever in human form, but under that charming smile is a strategic mind that is always ticking! The engineering student is super social, always up for anything, and can turn even the politest small talk into a genuine connection.
Kyrah, 25, NSW
You’ll hear Kyrah before you see her! This secondary Drama and English teacher knows how to command a room! Academically razor-sharp, and endlessly disorganised, Kyrah’s brain is full of random facts that will come in handy if Big Brother hosts a trivia night!
Marshy, 24, SA
Andrew, aka ‘Marshy’, is Toyota’s current reigning forklift salesman in Australia. Looking to add another title to his mantle, the self-described ‘Italian Jason Momoa’ hopes to charm the nation with his gift of the gab, and ever-growing collection of budgie smugglers.
Matthew, 37, VIC
Matthew’s ready to make his mark on the Big Brother house. Believing his huge personality to be his superpower, this property investor has no plans to tone it down. And if things get too heated, Matthew can diffuse things with some of his breakdancing moves.
Matty, 39, WA
Describing himself as the ‘textbook Aussie bogan’, Matty loves when people underestimate his intelligence. With a Mining Engineering degree and an MBA, Matty is quick witted, charming, and always down for a laugh.
Pam, 62, SA
This season’s oldest housemate, Pam is outspoken, full of life, and fiercely competitive. Out to prove that age is just a number, Pam also has an upper hand when it comes to strategy, being the mum of former housemate Kieran Davidson!
Pheobe, 26, QLD
Self-appointed court jester Pheobe is a natural entertainer, but behind the jazz hands is a self-aware, ABBA obsessed young woman with terrible luck in love. Could Big Brother play matchmaker and find her ‘A Man After Midnight’?
Ryan, 27, NSW
With the mouth of a tradie and the heart of his Nonna, garden-centre manager Ryan can make anyone feel like family, which makes sense considering his sister, Tahlia, is in the house with him!
Tahlia, 25, VIC
Taking the name Big Brother literally, Tahlia enters the house with her brother Ryan! With a dry sense of humour and an unbelievable ability to turn strangers into lifelong friends, Tahlia’s hoping to charm the house before they clock her secret sibling!
Who will win? That’s for Australia to decide!
