Paramount+ Renews Hit Series, iCarly For A Second Season.

Paramount+ today announced that its new hit series, iCarly, has been renewed for a second season.

Season one of the new iCarly series, which will stream exclusively on Paramount+ Australia on Wednesday, 11 August, picks up nearly 10 years after the beloved original Nickelodeon show ended, finding Carly Shay (Miranda Cosgrove), the original influencer, and her friends navigating work, love and their family in their twenties. Joining Mirana Cosgrove is, Jerry Trainor as Spencer, Nathan Kress as Freddie, Laci Mosley as Harper and Jaidyn Triplett as Millicent.

The new iCarly is executive produced by Ali Schouten and Miranda Cosgrove, with Jerry Trainor and Alissa Vradenburg serving as producers.The original iCarly sitcom was created by Dan Schneider and ran on Nickelodeon from 2007 – 2012.

Production of the new iCarly revival for Nickelodeon Studios, is overseen by Shauna Phelan and Zack Olin, Co-Heads of Nickelodeon & Awesomeness Live-Action and Brian Banks serves as Nickelodeon’s Executive in Charge of Production.

For only $8.99 a month, subscribers will be able to enjoy the all new iCarly, plus binge on the original hit sitcom, with all five seasons dropping on Paramount+ from 11 August.

But for those that can’t wait that long, fans can also catch-up on originalepisodes now on 10 Shake and 10 Play On Demand.
