Nine Years of Ryno’s TV

Well, what a year 2021 has been – we all certainly spent a LOT of time in front of the box.

This year saw a lot of new and returning favourites. We finally got to get back to the Rafters in a six-episode season; there was a return to Erinsborough thirty years in the making; Disney+ launched the Star brand, which has become home to lots of exclusive content; and Paramount+ launched and became the new home of Five Bedrooms.

On the site-front, not much has really changed this year and I really feel like I’ve found my groove. There’s a lot in the pipeline for 2022, and I can’t wait to dig my teeth into it all.

This journey would be nothing without support. To my incredibly loyal audience, from the bottom of my heart, thank you for reading, commenting and sharing. It truly means a lot.

To the publicists at all the respective networks and streaming services, of which there are too many to mention personally, thank you for all your support and assistance when needed.

Thanks must also go to Alan, Andrew, and Laura for helping get the Twitter-sphere talking. And a special thanks to Chris Khoury and Ryan Brink at The Brink of Reality Podcast, for being sounding boards, supportive humans, and confidence boosters when needed.

And a big thanks must also be extended to Steve Molk and Kevin Perry at TV Blackbox, Nadine at Gossip Communications, Anthony Farrell at The Pop Hub, and Victoria at Just Me, Victoria, for their support and help while also running their own sites.

Finally Courtney, your influence and support are a key part in this site’s success, so thank you for everything.

As the 9th chapter begins, let’s hope 2021 brings us new and exciting TV full of twists, turns, and so much more.

Ryno.
