Nine is again playing havoc with Arrow fans.
Due to begin at 8:30 PM on Tuesday Nine have now changed it to 9:30 PM.
Not surprising is that the hour will be filled by The Big Bang Theory ………… again The episode will still be a double and now finish at 11:30 PM.
