With the final week in sight, Neighbours has set the wheels in motion for a showdown in the last four episodes.
When Shane Ramsay (Peter O’Brien) arrived back in town, Karl (Alan Fletcher) immediately assumed the OG Ramsay was there to help save the street named after his family.
However, he’s actually returned with a proposal – he’s been developing plans to build a new suburb nearby called Ramsay Hills. His father Max would be SO proud to see his name on a whole suburb…
Meanwhile Paul (Stefan Dennis) blindsided Elle (Elise Jansen) and Terese (Rebekah Elmaloglou) with the secret he’s been hiding with grandson Jimmy (Darcy Tadich) – they’re launching a new family business: a brand new hotel and high-rise apartment block in the city called Robinson Towers.
With plans afoot to build Robinson Towers, Paul has gathered some of the family to get behind the project, but Terese is adamant that she wants to stay put and fight for the street. Elsewhere, Shane ropes in son Max (Ben Jackson) to help sell the new Ramsay Hills dream to Karl and Susan (Jackie Woodburne) with a tour.
It’s the final round of the classic Ramsay vs Robinson feud, but who is going to be tempted by either offer? Or will Ramsay Street be saved at the eleventh hour?
Lisa Maroun ends the penultimate week by clearly setting up one final battle as the future of Ramsay Street and its residents hangs in the balance.
