Tonight, Neighbours gives us 90s nostalgia with an iconic returnee.
And that returnee is Amy Greenwood (Jacinta Stapleton), who returns to Erinsborough for the first time in 20 years, although fans last saw her in 2005 during Annalise’s anniversary documentary. She’s back in town keen to land the job of designing Lasster’s new uniform, charming her way into an impromptu pitch session with Paul (Stefan Dennis) and Terese (Rebekah Elmaloglou). Will she get the contract?
And naturally, Amy has a LOT to fill Toadie (Ryan Moloney) and Karl (Alan Fletcher) in on what’s been happening with her life since she bid Ramsay Street farewell back in 2000. There’s lots of nostalgia for long-time fans.
Meanwhile, as if the episode couldn’t get any more important, Nicolette (Charlotte Chimes) is forced to come clean to Jane (Annie Jones), Chloe (April Rose Pengilly), Aaron (Matt Wilson) and David (Takaya Honda). After hearing that Audrey (Zahra Newman) confessed to Toadie that they stole the lotto ticket, Nicolette realises she has no choice but to confess too. What ramifications will this have going forward, especially on the surrogacy?
