Tonight Neighbours will deliver one hell of an episode by combining a rite of passage and a new arrival who’s sure to divide the audience.
The main focus of the episode is the Erinsbrough High school formal, undoubtedly one of the most important events of a teenager’s life. The teens are all set for a night of fun, but there is trouble just around the corner.
Piper’s (Mavournee Hazel) reckless behaviour of sending a sexy video to Tyler (Travis Burns) may come back to bite her now that Terese (Rebekah Elmaloglou ) has her phone. Will the loved pair get the formal of their dreams? Ben (Felix Mallard) and Xanthe (Lilly Van Der Meer.) look set for happiness but will everything go to plan? One thing is for sure both couples will remember the night for years to come.
Also making her long-awaited debut tonight is Elly Conway (Jodi Anasta), the feisty and unpredictable niece of Susan Kennedy (Jackie Woodburne). In what is set to be a dramatic whirlwind, Elly’s flirtatious tendencies will ruffle the feathers of not one, but two of the soap’s much-loved couples.
Neighbours fans may not like Elly at first but there is no denying she is a much-needed breath of fresh air to our favourite soap
