Today, Disney+ announced that the new Original comedy from Mindy Kaling, “Not Suitable for Work”, will premiere in June.
From comedy hitmaker Mindy Kaling, “Not Suitable for Work” centres around five work-obsessed twenty-somethings striving for professional success and, if they have time, personal happiness in Manhattan’s most glamorous neighborhood, Murray Hill.
Kaling created “Not Suitable for Work” and executive produces with showrunner Charlie Grandy (“The Sex Lives of College Girls,” “The Mindy Project”) and 3 Arts Entertainment’s Howard Klein. The series is produced by Kaling International in association with Warner Bros. Television, where both Kaling and Grandy are under overall deals.
The series stars Ella Hunt, Avantika, Will Angus, Jack Martin, Nicholas Duvernay, Jay Ellis. Victor Garber, Greg Germann, Judy Gold, Ego Nwodim, Harry Richardson, Constance Wu, Laura Bell Bundy, May Hong, Bhavesh Patel, Emilia Suárez and Michael Benjamin Washington are recurring guest stars.
Not Suitable for Work”, will premiere June 2nd with three episodes. Two new episodes will roll out weekly, leading up to the finale on June 23rd. The series will stream exclusively on Hulu in the U.S. and on Disney+ internationally.
