Australian Actor Luke Mitchell has been cast in The CW show The Tomorrow People.
The Tomorrow People is based on the series created by Roger Price, the drama revolves around several young people from around the world who represent the next stage in human evolution, possessing special powers, including the ability to teleport and communicate with each other telepathically.
Mitchell who plays Romeo Smith in Home and away will play John Young, described as dark and handsome and cool under pressure. His speciality is teleportation and he’s instrumental in recruiting other gifted people to the group, who work to defeat the forces of evil.
Mitchell previously appeared in H20: Just Add Water and Neighbours and announced his departure from Home and Away in late 2012
