How to Celebrate Batman Day Tomorrow

The fight for justice hits Australian and New Zealand shores to honor the enduring legacy of the iconic DC Super Hero on Batman Day, Saturday September 18, 2021.


The action-packed day will be filled with heroic tasks, explosive viewing schedules and a smashing selection of merchandise. These include a roll out of the DC: Batman Bat Tech AR app, a virtual Batman Trivia session with Madame Tussauds, a Cartoon Network x Batman Channel Takeover on Foxtel as well as on the ground activations at Warner Bros. Movie World. The Batman line-up of products and content will allow fans to join the caped crusader and share the fun with the iconic Super Hero.
Fans can also celebrate Batman Day 2021 with various initiatives designed to honor over 80years of Batman from around the world.

BATMAN AR EXPERIENCE & TOYS

DC: BATMAN BAT-TECH EDITION APP
● Marking the ultimate Batman augmented reality mobile experience, the DC: Batman BatTech Edition app launched around the world in 13 languages, allowing kids to join Batman’s crime-fighting team, the Knightwatch. Through AR, kids can experience the world of Batman, learning how to use his Bat-Tech to fight crime and help defend Gotham City from his adversaries. Free to download and play on Apple and Google Play, the DC: Batman Bat-Tech Edition app immerses kids in narrative-driven, technology-inspired activities. Fans can get exclusive Batman content, AR filters, a digital comic book and technology-based Batman learning experiences. On Batman Day, a new mission will drop, continuing the Bat-Tech app storyline. Players will be able to infiltrate Mr. Freeze’s lair and discover the bank heist was a diabolical diversion just as the Bat-Tech App was being hacked by The Riddler. Can The Riddler actually use Batman’s technology against him to find the Batcave? Batman needs you and the entire Knightwatch team to help stop these Super-Villains.

In celebration of Batman Day on September 18, Madame Tussauds Sydney has teamed up with Warner Bros. Themed Entertainment to host the ultimate virtual Batman Trivia event!

BATMAN AT WARNER BROS. MOVIE WORLD
Warner Bros. Movie World is the Australian home to the DC Super Heroes and the park is thrilled to join in the global Batman Day celebrations. Guests to the park will have an opportunity to meet Batman and witness the all-new exclusive JL 52 Batmobile as it patrols Main St. during the Star Parade. For the more daring guests, they can take on the Batwing Spaceshot which is an adrenaline rush of epic proportions as they’re shot up almost 60 meters into the air and finish the ride up with some bungee-like bounces.
