Dropping off her bags in the centre of town at the Grand Mercure Auckland, Bec makes her way to Britomart, the urban hub, for a splash of shopping and a bite to eat at Amano, a stylish restaurant located within Britomart’s historic Altrans and Quay buildings. She ends the day at Sky Tower, the tallest tower in the country, for a stunning look at the panorama of Auckland.
Sonia Kruger gets rocky mountain high as she returns to the mighty Canadian Rockies, this time exploring beautiful Banff National Park. There is no better way to see the park than taking a gondola to the top of Sulphur Mountain for a bird’s-eye view. Sonia then heads back to town to visit Canada’s biggest year-round Christmas store, The Spirit of Christmas, and pick out some unique ornaments.

Starting off in the Old Quarter, he makes his way through the crooked streets to see the intriguing structures known as Tube Houses that fill the area. On his way to the French Quarter, he pops by the local favourite Bánh Mì 25 for some delicious Vietnamese fare before discovering the spectacular Hanoi Opera House, which incorporates French and Vietnamese architectural design.

Making her way down Orchard Road, she goes window shopping before ending up in the lavish shopping complex ION Orchard, which houses some of the world’s most exclusive fashion brands. Lauren’s next stop is the vibrant district of Little India, where she stops by Tekka Market, Singapore’s one-stop shop for fresh fruit and vegetables. For a change of pace she visits the mesmerising horticultural experience, Gardens by the Bay, and the world-class entertainment complex, Marina Bay Sands Singapore.
