One of Neighbours most iconic couples is returning to the soap next year for it’s 3oth anniversary next year it has been revealed.
Anne Charleston who played Madge Bishop on the soap will reunite with fan favorite Harold Bishiop played by Ian Smith.. Given Madge , passed away in 2002 with cancer her scenes are expected to be as a ghost.
Charleston who is remaining tight lipped on what brings her back joked that : “The last time I returned (on air) was from Brisbane, love. This time I’m coming back from an extraordinary place.”
The pair are the first big names to be confirmed for the soaps big milestone next year which will be celebrated in March with a special batch of episodes being shot this week.
