Then Catriona is off on a once in a lifetime trip through Southern Africa, visiting game reserves in South Africa and Botswana, the magnificent Victoria Falls, plus the vibrant cities of Capetown and Johannesburg.

Jules Lund meets the gorillas of Rwanda while Jason Dundas volunteers at a community project in Nepal and Livinia Nixon tackles Tasmania’s Cradle Mountain National Park. Meanwhile David Reyne travels through picturesque south-west Canada, visiting Whistler and Vancouver, spotting grizzly bears at Knight Inlet and riding the Rocky Mountaineer train to postcard-perfect Lake Louise, before finishing up at the greatest outdoor show on earth: the famous Calgary Stampede.
