Final three revealed on The Great Australian Bake Off

The final three bakers who have made it through to the grand finale ofhe Great Australian Bake Off  were revealed during last night’s penultimate episode of the mouth-watering Lifestyle series.

Dan Pasquali, 35, from Brisbane; David Hills, 41, from Melbourne; and Subha (Sunny) Nasir Ahmad, 26, from Sydney are the top trio who will battle it out for baking supremacy during next week’s final episode, airing Thursday, December 5 at 8:30pm on Lifestyle.

 

he Great Australian Bake Off  started nine weeks ago with 12 passionate home bakers stepping into the iconic Bake Off Shed, hoping they had the baking brilliance to go all the way. Each week, judges Maggie Beer and Matt Moran farewelled one baker until just three were left – Dan, David, and Sunny.

During the final episode, these three bakers take it to the next level with three final bakes. First up, the Signature is a classic Hungarian celebration cake, a Dobos Torte. Next, the Technical challenge is Mont Blanc tarts where Matt is looking for perfect peaks. And finally, with the garden party in full swing outside the shed, the bakers must create a multi-tiered geometric cake Showstopper that will earn one talented baker the prize title of Australia’s greatest amateur baker.

Hosted by comedians Claire Hooper and Mel Buttle, the fourth season of The Great Australian Bake Off has been another ratings success for Lifestyle.

Grand Finale airs Thursday, December 5 at 8:30pm AEDT on Lifestyle
