When two rebellious teens crash a stolen car, police arrive to find the body of former marine Brad Slater (Ben Brookman) in the boot with severe head trauma. Turns out, the murder victim also has an APB out on him… for being a murder suspect.
Getting the body back to HQ, Doc Roy (William McInnes) and Blue (Mavournee Hazel) make an intriguing discovery – hidden behind Slater’s prosthetic eye is a pouch full of diamonds
The investigation leads Mackey (Olivia Swann) and JD (Todd Lasance) to diamond dealer and hand sanitiser merchant “Aussie” Bob Prince (Gary Sweet), the second-richest man in Australia. Was Prince trying to get his stolen diamonds back?
Meanwhile investigative journalist Bonnie Wilder (Jessica Grace Smith), who went to jail for contempt for alleging that Prince’s diamonds were counterfeit, may hold the answer to all the team’s questions.
With the discovery of lab-growing diamond equipment, JD will have to convince a fearful Bonnie to risk everything in order to take down Prince.
