Neighbours has had quite a few nods to the past of late but none of them are as big as this (Spoiler Warning)
Tonight marks the arrival of Daniel Robinson (Tim Phillipps) who is of course the son of Neighbours golden couple Scott and Charlene Robinson (Jason Donovan and Kylie Minogue).
Phillipps who has been filming since January has had to stay quiet about his casting for a few months is the perfect choice for the sought after role
Without giving away too much Daniel arrives in the middle of the night in his van and setts up camp on Lasiters Lake. and most of his first scenes are with Imogen Willis (Ariel Kaplan).
It’s a big risk for the show to introduce the offspring of it’s most popular couple but if the first few episodes are any indication the risk is worth it.
Neighbours airs 6:30 weeknights on Eleven.
