Annie, Jaedyn, SKŸE and Reuben are one step from victory

Tonight, an electrifying showdown saw four incredible artists secure their spot in The Voice Grand Finale.

Annie Jones from Team Adam, Jaedyn Randall from Team Kate, SKŸE from Team Guy and Reuben De Melo from Team LeAnn will compete for The Voice 2024 crown. Before the night was through, superstar coach Guy Sebastian also took to the stage to perform his brand-new single No Reason To Stay.

Kate Miller-Heidke proclaimed Jaedyn Randell had “a gift” while commenting on her performance of Katy Perry’s Wide Awake: “From that very first moment until now, we’ve been witnessing you becoming a star.”

Jaedyn was Kate’s pick for the Grand Finale, while storyteller Tom Leeming departed The Voice after a spectacular performance of Somebody That I Used To Know by Gotye feat. Kimbra.

SKŸE’s breathtaking performance of Joni Mitchell’s Both Sides Now secured his Grand Finale spot, as Guy said: “I think throughout the journey there was just that little bit of a lack of connection. Tonight, it was there.”

LeAnn was “proud” of SKŸE and Kate thought that he was “deeply connected” to the lyrics of the song. Team Guy semi-finalist Jaydin Shingleton left the show after his “soulful” version of Benson Boon’s Beautiful Things.

Walking to stage for her performance, Team Adam’s Annie Jones shared: “I want to prove to Adam that all this styling and mentoring, that it’s all worth it. And I’m really going to try my best to get to the Grand Finale.”

At 16, Annie became the youngest Grand Finalist with her vocal prowess on Love Is A Battlefield by Pat Benetar.

Departing artist from Team Adam, Siena, was “poised, peaceful and lovely, like a flower,” during her performance Jealousby Labyrinth.

LeAnn Rimes, who used her Ultimate Block on Reuben De Melo in the very first episode, dubbed his performance of Wicked Game by Chris Isaak “captivating,” calling him “the epitome of an artist.”

Faced with a tough decision between Reuben and Letitia Butler, LeAnn said: “They’ve both made it so hard for me tonight,” before sending Reuben through to Grand Finale.

Voting is now open for Australia to decide who will be crowned The Voice 2024, taking home $100,000 prizemoney, plus a money-can’t-buy music masterclass and industry recording development package.
