After many weeks of coming soon promos The Great Australian Bake Off is about to begin.
Ten top home baking enthusiasts will be put through a series of gruelling weekly elimination challenges, baking a mouth-watering selection of cakes, pies, tarts, pastries, bread, biscuits and desserts, in the hope of being crownedAustralia’s Best Home Baker.
The contestants will need to impress two of the toughest judges in the business: Dan Lepard ,and Kerry Vincent, .
Each week, the contestants will have to prove they can deliver outstanding bakes in three increasingly difficult challenges based on a different baking theme – the Signature Bake, the Technical Bake and the Showstopper Bake.
The one who serves up the best dishes, displaying improvement and consistency, will be named Star Baker. At the end of each week the baker who has least impressed the judges will be eliminated from the competition.
Im also pleased to announce that Ryno’s TV will be covering the show after Courtney has agreed to take on the show.
