Sigh… Such a shame a Quality series such as OUAT can’t seem to find an audience in Aus. It’s such a fragmented market place these days. Makes it extremely difficult for a genre series to succeed on a commercial network. Especially one that fits more in the inter-generational space of a Lord of The Rings then say, a tween/teen demographic of Twilight…. The audience that WOULD actually want to see it doesn’t even discover it…. Not sure whether OUAT’s ratings compare to the kind of rating’s show’s like Buffy and Angel got back in the day….I wonder would they be enough today to keep those shows on air on a commercial network (of course they were in a late night timeslot).
Seems to me OUAT has been dismissed as a silly little family fantasy show, when really it’s more like a series for a grown up Buffy audience than perhaps anything I’ve ever seen.
I hope it’s successful enough oversees to endure and that Seven will still find it in their timeslot to air it at some time!
    Very frustrating.
