The dulcet tones of The Lion Sleeps Tonight won’t be able to help the celebrities that Julia Morris and Dr Chris Brown have hand picked to descend on the South African jungle in 2019.
With their summer vacations abruptly cut short (because we need them on air on Sunday, January 13), these celebrities are forced to leave all their creature comforts behind.
So fire up those jungle drums, dust off that old safari suit and get ready to play detective because your favourite guessing game is back.
I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! will be live from the jungle, five nights a week and we promise to deliver plenty of fun, laughter, the most hideous and hilarious trials in history, heart-stopping adventure and of course, endless surprises.
Network 10’s, Head of Entertainment and Factual Programming, Stephen Tate, probably sums it up best: “Five years in and the sounds of the Australian summer has become celebrity screams as they find out what Chris and Julia have in store for them in the African Jungle.
