This week  Dennis Lillee, Jamie Oliver, Cadel Evans, The Veronicas, Dami Im all appear on The Project.

Dennis Lillee is one of the greatest cricketers Australia has ever produced. On Monday night, he joins us at the desk to talk about his remarkable career and the release of his new book, Dennis Lillee, an illustrated autobiography which shares his private collection of photographs, memorabilia and stories from 50 years in and around elite cricket as player, coach and administrator.

 

As Americans go to the polls on Tuesday, across the week we will be crossing to Waleed Aly in the US, where he will be covering all the latest news from the Presidential Election.

 

World-renowned chef Jamie Oliver is on a mission to help us get the maximum nutrition into our food so that we can lead healthier, happier and longer lives. He joins us on Tuesday from London to talk about his new book and television series, Jamie’s Super Food Family Classics, which screens on TEN, Tuesday and Wednesday nights at 7.30pm.

 

The Veronicas show no signs of slowing down with their current single, On Your Side, and the release of their fourth studio album due early next year. The girls have been nominated for three ARIA Awards thanks to the huge success of In My Blood, including Best Group, Song Of The Year and Best Pop Release. We will chat to them about the new album when they join us in the studio on Wednesday night.

 

Cycling champion Cadel Evans has had a remarkable career which has spanned 20 years and more than 750 professional races. The greatest Australian cyclist of all time, he is the only Australian to have won the Tour de France and our first and only UCI Road World Champion. He joins us at the desk on Wednesday night to talk about the release of his memoir, The Art Of Cycling, which has been two years in the making.  

 

From X Factor to Eurovision queen, Dami Im’s career is going from strength to strength. With her new single, Fighting For Love, and a sold out national tour, Dami joins us on Thursday night to chat about her incredible year.

 

Hamish Macdonald is our guest co-host across the week. Plus Steve Price, Fifi Box, Tommy Little, Gretel Killeen, Ryan “Fitzy” Fitzgerald, Anthony “Lehmo” Lehmann, Gorgi Coghlan and Meshel Laurie join us at the desk.
