The Project hits 1000 episodes tonight

After facing constant time slot changes its nice to see The Project hit 1000 episodes.

Despite the challenges the show has faced it has even cemented Carrie Bickmore’s place on the box, regularly nabbing Logie nominations.

We celebrate our 1000th episode on Tuesday night as we cross to Kelly Osbourne in Sydney, who is in town to relaunch the iconic magazine Cleo.

Actor Stephen Curry joins us at the desk on Wednesday to talk about his ambassador role for the Live Below The Line campaign, raising awareness about extreme poverty across the globe. We’ll find out how Stephen plans to survive on two dollars a day as he joins thousands of Australians raising money for this worthwhile cause.

On Thursday night, we’ll take a look at the rental housing crisis in Perth. With the Western Australian economy on fire thanks to the mining boom, around 1200 people are heading west each week, putting pressure on the state’s housing supply. With low and middle income workers being priced out of the market, we investigate what can be done to turn Perth’s housing affordability crisis around.

We wrap up the week on Friday as Jennifer Hawkins joins us at the desk to talk about her new swimwear range, Cozi as she takes us behind the scenes at the photoshoot.
