The Living Room March 1

Heres whats in store on the Living Room tonight.

TRAVEL/FOOD PART 1: TASSIE’S WILD WEST

It’s the final leg of Chris and Miguel’s Lap of Tassie, and this time, the boys venture into the wild western wilderness.

Their first stop is the infamous Mole Creek Hotel, home to tall tales of Tassie Tiger sightings. But Chris and Miguel have their sights on another wild Tassie experience… diving for black lipped abalone.

It’s one of our most elusive and expensive seafoods. After bagging an impressive yield, Miguel creates a sumptuous seafood supper.

TRAVEL PART 2: TASSIE ABSEIL

To cap off Chris and Miguel’s remarkable Tassie adventure, Chris sets them one final challenge. He takes Miguel to Tasmania’s jaw-dropping Strathgordon Dam wall. There, they will conquer the world’s highest commercial abseil, which is 140 metres high. Will the boys make it out alive … and will they still be friends when they get to the bottom?

HOME: WOW HOUSE – JOHN HENRY’S SHED

When architect John Henry set about building a wow house for himself and his partner to live in, he came across a scrubby bush block overlooking a steep gully. On it sat a shed. For over two years, John stayed in that shed, designing his dream home. Made from a farm shed kit and glazed

on one side to take in the stunning views, the home is astounding. It has no internal walls, no solid floors, and plants, rocks and even a creek flowing through the house. John and Deb truly believe they are living the dream. But visitors to their house aren’t so sure
